...it's time to retire her, I think. Do 60 days of yoga. These don't have to be fully consecutive but do have to be in minimum 15-day consecutive chunks. Do some kind of core workout routine. It seems to be my biggest weakness for pole classes. Learn Shoulder Mount/Brass Monkey (photo below).
