Speaking of self indulgent art I don't think I ever shared before (maybe I did?) I drew Minus in a modified version of Seto Kaiba's outfit, just because I could. I couldn't get this out of my brain until I put it to digital paper. The shading and background ended up unfinished in the long run.

I didn't really have it in me to do self-indulgent OC art during pride month, but screw it. Have some queer dorks sketched at 4 AM. I generally don't color my sketches, but I at least needed to color the pride flag or else I'd drive myself up the wall leaving it all white.

I also really really hope that this is clear Kapton tape and not just regular-ass scotch tape holding this screen ribbon cable in place. I know it can come clear, which is why I'm hoping it is. Also I'm terrified of breaking these super thin wires every time I poke around in here.

I've had to re-open this GBA AGB-001 like 5 times tonight because the R button keeps getting caught on SOMETHING (it won't pop back up naturally) and I am so annoyed at the fact that the modder I bought this from fuckin hot glued the speaker mod PCB to the main AGB PCB.

IT LIVES!!! Turns out the cc3dsfs software on www.merki.net/info/?lang=e... provides actually working drivers for Windows 11 24H2 and newer for the older 3DS capture boards like mine, no firmware rewrite needed! Huge shoutouts to @toontris.bsky.social for linking me this solution last night!

Kinda *really* wish that the save file progress of my in-game dex in violet (which has all 3 dexes complete) would reflect in HOME's Games Tab, but nope! Entire living dexes with mons of that game's Origin Mark deposited all at once is required. It's a bit exhausting tbh.

Also got a random full odds SQUARE shiny remoraid while looking for it for my Galar Pokedex on stream. Never had a shiny in Gen 8 that wasn't a shiny den someone manipulated and hosted, so this was really cool to get!

As part of me trying to get out more, but really I'm also just trying to work on my Living Dex in Pokemon HOME, I've been logging back into Pokemon GO. I'll eventually need all those stupid Vivillon patterns and other GO exclusive (or GO easier) to obtain things anyways. Feel free to add me.

I got my Organizer request accepted (the process usually only takes a day or two) so uh....I now am the admin of Cyprian's Speed League. Guess I'll start mulling over some stuff and cook something up conceptually over the coming days. Baby steps. I'll need to learn Limitless' system, too.
