I survived! Kept it rather light and tried to keep my heart out of the peak zone in this heat/humidity for 11 miles. I ended up lying and doing a little climbing too...
Good time for a bicycle ride, I'll let you know if I survive... Don't worry, not doing any hill climbing today; keeping it short and to the flats/shade.
