A continued call out for us white folks to do better Have you been asked to join a TTRPG actual play production? And unsure how to verify casting is diverse? Or, notice that the casting so far is only white? Here’s something to help. Please feel free to use this as a template and adjust as needed.

If I'm invited to a TTRPG
Hey X! I'm definitely interested depending on casting and scheduling.
Before I commit, can you let me know who else is going to be at the table? I'm conscious of the privilege I hold and want to make sure that as a TTRPG community, we have intersectional, diverse casting and tables. Appreciate the info!

I’m happy to be cast less in TTRPG AP’s… here’s why

I’m grateful for being cast in TTRPG APs less.

Weird, but, hear me out!

It’s because I’m noticing AP tables are beginning to cast more BIPOC than not. Do I miss guesting? Yeah, of course.

But I will NEVER be upset or jealous of my potential place on a cast being given to a person of color. They deserve to be there and I will support them immensely and proudly!

Good on you, channels, for listening. We have a long way to go still so let’s keep being better.

✨ Which is also why I will also be rescinding my desire for a CRIT award for AP cosplays. I will instead be boosting others and sharing their talent further in the space ✨
