Need some opinions, I am loathe to use the gold sprinkles in this house because they're a nightmare to eat but I do have this bee pollen that I can sprinkle for a splash of yellow... but it doesn't scream Noto Gin to me. The pollen would help cover up some of the unevenness in the icing however.
