I am cursed to walk this earth constantly assaulted by typographical errors. They follow me everywhere I go. It’s madness - extremely low-stakes madness! - but madness nonetheless. There is seemingly nothing I can do with this talent other than slowly lose my mind.

Town ran a fun program called Scoot Around June that encouraged folks to swap their drives for walking, biking, etc. Built in some perks from local businesses and logged totals - almost 2,000 miles from participants! I clocked 32 miles w/o counting my daily morning walk with Piper!

The dive bar where a whole lot of my life’s shenanigans took place - gigs, parties, so much laughing, reunions, lots of foosball and shuffleboard, bad stuff, too! - burned down today after a car crashed into it 🤷♂️ Had a lot of great times at the Abbey Square!
On the drive home last night, it dawned on me that I’ve been coming to this little island in a bay on Lake Ontario with my best friends for 30 years! From jet-ski crazy kids to blackout party animals to bringing our own kids to their happy place, just so blessed to have The Cottage in our lives!

The Petty tribute ending up being a pretty touch and go affair as just days prior, the Halls, venue owners and first family of Buffalo music, unexpectedly lost their matriarch. True to form the show went on, and hearing my friend Kat dedicate this tune to her then belt it tf out hit me so hard!
