Finished four pieces today, good lord - rusty. Getting back into the swing of it though. Been too long. Like way too long.
Mucking about with the Rogue Renderer for Duginthroat Divided, as that was part of the stretch goals for Tripura. Its getting there. Need to make the Attribute modifiers of OSE connect to the AC/Saves/HP. You can tell the thing I really care about are the flavorful things.
May 15th to July 30th. 76 days, 156 pages. Done on The Tiger Princess of Treacherous Tripura. Factor in probably 3 weeks of depression, plus that heatwave week, plus 10 days out of the state, a few weekends working conventions. I'm thrilled. Given, additionally, the research I put into things.

Well, there's several things wrong here which I disagree with but I think the biggest one would be their use of chatgpt to ask a question /any/ book could tell them with greater authority, to say nothing of previous cultural consults, to say nothing of just asking a person of any SEAsian experience.

I've had the fun of putting my take on a few creation myths for Pathfinder; and its fun when we make very conceptual beings deeply weird. I'll never know what happened to one of my drafts, but they DID let me make a weird stillborn dragon deity about quantum potentiality and perceptual reality.

Ahh - that's mostly been my viewpoint (especially in smaller statline games), giving the individual mien tables. I've found some value in skewing generic but also delineating between humans/animals/monsters. Found this in a draft as a broad set of generalizations, vs the individual miens.
