THE HITCHER is a movie is saw very young. I remember watching it when I was probably 9 or 10 with my older brother during and HBO free preview weekend. I remember being shocked with how bleak it was. Rutger Hauer really elevates the whole movie with an insane performance.

I got to meet Rodman Flender, the director of Idle Hands, yesterday. Awesome guy who was very generous with his time. He saw my Crypt Keeper tattoo and talked to me about the 2 episodes of Tales From The Crypt he directed.

I usually save this movie for Halloween season, but I could really use a movie I love. I’m higher on IN THE MOUTH OF MADNESS than most people. It’s a top 3 John Carpenter film for me.
