Hey, uh, mao, y'all~ Been a hot minute. Been working on tons of stuff. Last 6mo of tirz has been helpful. Down -35lb, and I finally feel capable and confident in resuming gym stuff. New home build, more ITG, snagged local gym to swim, deadlift, and squat , and got back on meal prep shenanigans.

YAHOO. With all the flux evened out, now I've OFFICIALLY hit my first weight loss milestone, from 210 to 190lbs. Aiming for 175lbs now at a slower rate, got a DEXA scheduled for next month, a doc check this week, and more calories in the budget to keep my activity higher~ :D Big ups to Macrofactor.

Rusty Nail, Manhattan, or any Whiskey Smash (which fruit? Any!) are all good choices in my book. Also, a true whiskey sour (yes, with egg whites) is an absolute treat. Use pasteurized eggs or home pasteurize if necessary One of my favorites is BWW's Pineapple Punch. Works totally fine with whiskey~
