9. unsouled by will wight 4/5 stars super fun, short little book, don't think i spent any time bored! interesting magic system and world, very likable protagonist and side characters (forgor to add the image yesterday oops)

8. the will of the many by james islington 4.5/5 stars absolute cinema. i love the world, the characters, and the story so much. the protagonist is so likable i can't wait to see where he goes. crazy ending. i cried. so excited to keep reading this series

eh there's a bunch of stuff i'm not super happy with - the scale of off on a lot of things i think, didn't have the energy for doing unique points of interest in each section after placing the common buildings, not super happy with the terrain. this is the map tho
