One of the benefits of the internet is just how quick everyone becomes an expert of the thing they discovered two days ago.
I would say the hardest part about this is that at the very core liberalism believes in meritocracy. And the US loves it even more. Like imagine having to be okay with mediocrity? Imagine being okay with seeing your job as a paycheck and then coming home and the joy in your life is your kids?
