Explored a new part of Surrey today - Reigate Heath and surrounding area and how it linked with the parts I knew. Beautiful day for it, with a pub lunch in the middle.

I know graves aren't supposed to be jolly, but it's sad to see something like this which I stumbled across today. We're so used the seeing The War as part of a TV drama etc, but forget how devastating it was to individuals and families just trying to get through it.
