A more refined take of the Magelock version of Shieldbearer, showing her actually putting that magic to full use! Almost a must to keep up with the intensity of modern battle, but she is nothing if not pragmatic about it! Also a new, stretchier uniform for her frame... 🎨ReturntoSender on FA!

An orb of wolf (worb, if you will) with cream and orange fur, dressed in Renaissance-era military garb designed to stretch prodigiously over her spherical, puffed-out form, stands in the middle of a battlefield under overcast skies, with artillery shots raining all around.

In her off hand she holds a massive slab shield (with an eyeslit and a notch to level a large gun into). In her main hand, aimed forward, she holds an ivory-styled wheelock pistol, flanked by several others floating in the air, aimed offscreen. Also floating is a much larger handcannon weapon, hovering in the air as well. The various pistols are bellowing an arcane smoke, and a few have strange arcane effects over their muzzles to indicate spells being cast through the weapons.

A few shots are also inbound towards her, although the shimmering aura of defensive magical shields are flared up to block the hits, causing them to ricochet off or shatter (or both).

And further art, this time a more 'what-if' take of Shieldy as a magelock. Forced to adapt to the roiling amounts of raw magic in herself (and the Princedom in general), let alone to the more modern world of blackpowder...if a Skjulver must, then she must! (🎨 @indigo0606.bsky.social )

A followup of Shieldbearer in more modern, Renn-era takes of her armor, with less of it outright (though still maintaining a heavy cuirass), with more fanciful twirling patterns on the metal, and puffed sleeves and pantaloons and heavy boots, and a high-drawn leather collar.

She now wields a heavy, cannon-grade 'arquebus', which can use channeled magic to ignite itself. Her shield has likewise been restyled into something more akin to a riot shield, with a notch shaped into it to slot the gun through to act as a proper gunshield.

One day in the deep north woods, you meet a wolf...you REALLY need to crane your head back to meet her gaze. GAWH what a view of Shieldy, one that really captures how utterly HUGE and powerful she be, I LOVE!! (🎨 @winguthings.com my greatest thanks!!)

Shieldbearer reforged; or at least her gear is! Brought more in line with the rough Viking/norse-coded stylings that befits the Princedom, while still selling her as a massive, walking fortress! GAWH she came out GREAT! (🎨 @indigo0606.bsky.social )

A very rotund wolf woman in heavy armor of vaguely Viking-era style, with a heavy cuirass built to contain her prodigous belly, and rotund cuisses likewise to fit her huge thighs.

Her fur is a mix of orange and cream, with auburn hair pulled up into a tight bun (with a stray lock flowing in front of her left ear).

The armor is mostly steel grey with blue painted patterns on it. It has a thick, cream-colored fur collar. She likewise has huge reinforced-leather flaps covering over the sides of her thighs and along her shoulders, and fur-lined thick leather boots with round poleyns over the knees.

Same as last picture but now with full gear, including a Gjermundbu-esque helmet with chainmail mask, a lengthy poleaxe, and Shieldbearer's signature massive towershield; now a rectangular block of steel, with a gold-colored plate nailed on depicting the Princedom's coat of arms in blue: A cerberus-like three-headed wolf figure at the top to represent the original three clans that unified to form the Princedom; bottom left is a trio of ravens arranged vertically, to represent the closely-allied tribe of ravenfolk folded into the Princedom; bottom right is a decorative angular knot pattern of two vaguely serpent-like beings entertwined, each at the other's tail.

Madama "Nona" Sindaca, our latest for the Jaql Merchant Republics! A wizened old grandmother and leader of people, she's clearly lived a plentiful life! (🎨 @indigo0606.bsky.social thanks a ton!)

A stocky, plump, slightly-old jackal woman with blue, curly hair. She wears a heavy, decorated coat, purple with golden stripes and a large, rubber-black central strip, and fur trim. A fanciful, mildly steampunk-ish pocketwatch hangs out of a pocket. Likewise she wears well-cut leather gloves and boots.

The same woman, but with the coat off to reveal the snug, black rubber stillsuit she wears underneath; it is decorated with machine-like patterning, and has small golden metal patches and grey tubing to imply the underlying mechanisms that let it function as a water-recycling stillsuit, fitting for desert-wear. She likewise now has a snug mask over her face, somewhat like a mouth-only gasmask, further meant to recycle breath moisture.

The lack of coat also reveals her particularly fat, thigh-heavy figure, accentuated by the snug, well-fitted black rubber clinging to her every curve. Needless to say, she kinda *thicc*.
