It's not Bojack. He has a different warning. They really hold your hand on this wiki!
Sorry I haven't updated YBR much lately. I've been working on my personal comics website. It'll be ready soon. To make it up to everyone, I did a quick sketch of Professor H.M. Wogglebug T.E., who I left out of my comic because he's so annoying and dumb! Yuck! Here's what would happen if we met:
These aren't satirical of the characters nor of what they're illustrating. He's not making any sort of statement here that significantly transforms the art in any way. He's just using recognizable characters he doesn't have the rights to and he's doing it by tracing.
I remember this bit! It was when Albert was on trial for murder because he drank a jar of water that he didn't know had tadpoles in it. I think a lot of these characters were traced from other comics.
Would someone who could draw Lucy without tracing give her that giraffe neck?
I did a quick search and found a scan of the original fic ad it appeared in a zine from the early 70s.
I genuinely loved Jerry Scott's Nancy and was disappointed when Guy Gilchrist took over and lot of people online heaped on praise for Gilchrist for "fixing" Nancy and "returning it to its former glory."
I always prefer to have the tail just stretch outside the panel because it feels more obvious.
This is the same design for Celestia I used to draw in fan art for fan fics and the same designs for Twilight and Pinkie in that comic I drew where Twilight eats a rock.
I drew a second #makeaterriblecomicday comic today to make up for not drawing a comic last year. It's a reworking of the end of the episode of MLP:FIM where Twilight gets her wings. I hope this answers the question, "Can Daisy draw a comic that isn't trans in any way?" #makeaterriblecomicday2026
Oh dang, I accidentally made them trans. Oh well. Here's the same comic as a continuous scroll, if you can figure out how read it that way on this website. I posted it chopped up in the previous post because I don't trust BLUESKY not to resample the image and blur it beyond recognition. (3/2)
This year, as a change of pace from the trans stuff, I made a comic about two cis boys for "make a terrible comic day", but it has required reading! You're familiar with the Ranma½ manga, right? (1/2) #makeaterriblecomicday2026
Also, here's Ranma "We are NOT alike, Tsubasa" Saotome earlier in the same story arc:
Four years before I admitted to myself I was trans, when I was deeply repressed and closeted, I put my self-insert into my webcomic and made her the most based trans woman ever:
