Beautiful as it was, I have never walked so far out to swim as I did in Formby, I was nearly back in Ireland

So good we came back

The sun on the sea in endless variations, each wave a different distribution

I wouldn’t normally swim in Robert’s Cove but today the sea was up and it was like a bath as the waves broke beyond. Cork is very like Cornwall on days like this, the yellow fields of cut hay behind.

The water is cold, but each evening more beautiful than the last

I did a little guerilla arranging

Starry Night Over the Rhône

Bald eagles love the beach

I think that’s cheating
