The Range and Sainsbury’s didn’t have any pride cards. Do better, The Range and Sainsbury’s! To be fair, Sainsbury’s did have same-sex wedding cards quite recently so they may just be out of stock, and The Range has rainbow lunch bags, mugs and glassware.
Cards Direct didn’t have any pride or coming out cards, but they did have a merch section (albeit at the back of the store) and clearly marked same-sex wedding cards.
This is the second Card Factory outlet, for completism’s sake: 2/
Time for my annual review of how well the card shops of Staines cover Pride Month. Last year, Card Factory led the pack with Pride merch displays at the front of both outlets and a decent set of cards. This year, no merch and only 2 cards, though they did have the only trans rep in town: 1/
