🔙 Twelve years ago today, ATV Georges Lemaître began its journey to the International Space Station. As the fifth and final Automated Transfer Vehicle, it concluded a programme that delivered more than 30 tonnes of cargo to orbit and helped repeatedly boost the Station's altitude around Earth.

Europe’s next weather satellite is getting ready for launch. 🚀🌍 MTG-I2 has arrived at Europe’s Spaceport and is now undergoing final checks before liftoff on Ariane 6 #VA270 later this summer.
