FYI: According to my contacts at @darkhorse.com, the 2nd printing of NERD INFERNO should be available by the end of the month. Or thereabouts. We already had a slight delay. But to quote Linc from the Mod Squad, "It's happening, baby!". So don't spend that $35 until then, lest sadness be your fate.

After 26 yrs I finally got the great Tom Orzechowski to sign my copy of World's Funnest this past weekend. I was grinning nerd ear-to-ear. Got to talk with him at the Heroes Con after-party, asked him who his favorite letterer was, he said Gaspar Saladino. I now have 17 of 25 WF contributor sigs.

Close on the creator credits on the inside front cover of World's Funnest published by DC Comics in 2000. The name in the center is letterer Tom Orzechowski. Other contributor names seen in the photo include David Mazzucchelli, Alex Ross, Glen Murikami, colorist Chris Chuckry, Jay Stephens, Bruce Timm, Stuart Immonen, Doug Mahnke, and Frank Miller.

The cover of my copy of World's Funnest, signed by cover artist Brian Bolland. The cover depicts Bat-Mite and Mr. Mxyzptlk fighting over a pile of dead bodies. The bodies are various versions of Superman and Batman from the history of DC Comics, including the Golden Age, the Silver Age, the modern age, the DC animated universe and others.

Thanks to everyone who came to see me at Heroes Con and made it my most successful show in 40+ years of sitting behind tables selling stuff. This despite my being a late addition (I didn't get into the con booklet) and not having a banner. Sorry it was hard to find me, thanks for making the effort.
