Fab time at Slung Low Shorts at the Yorkshire Festival. My play The Uncivil War was performed by a super cast: Ellie Pawsey, Richard Galloway, Tara Daniels + Rik Thorpe with our equally super director Keeley Lane. Special thanks to our producer, the marvel that is Lisa Holdsworth

I was just downloading my new treatment when AI told me, totally unbidden, that my script has a unique comic voice and is very marketable. Haven't I always told you I love AI?
A Stolpersteine is a "stumbling stone", placed outside the last residence of Holocaust victims in remembrance. These were some I stumbled upon when I was last in Berlin, in die Mitte. It would be wonderful to link them with their families.
A perfect summer's evening on the Terrace of the House of Lords, lobbying with @writersguildgb.bsky.social and BEAU (Broadcasting, Entertainment and Arts Unions) for creatives' rights.

You may only sit in the London Transport Priority seat whilst you are pregnant, carrying a small child and doing an impersonation of Charlie Chaplin.
Went to see new Banksy in Waterloo Place, London. Installation in middle of the night brilliantly masterminded. Best Banksy yet.
Never been so glad to be inside at the dentist when this hail storm hit. London in May!

Back from Series Mania in Lille, where FSE (Federation of Screenwriters in Europe) launched new Report on Freedom Of Expression; a.k.a. Censorship, currently taking place in Europe and America. Bravo to Carolin Otto + David Kavanaugh for their hard work federationscreenwriters.eu/fse-publishe...
I saw the new British noir musical, Ruth, about Ruth Ellis, and thought it outstanding. An unlikely subject, but it works. It's on at Wilton's Music Hall in London. Catch it if you can.
