The Odyssey for those that wish to watch on their phone. As Nolan intended.
The Odyssey. Watching the absolute letterbox version. As Nolan intended.
Gwenno, Y Dydd Olaf. 2014. A studio favourite. Gwenno Saunders' debut album sung almost entirely in Welsh with a closing song in Cornish proves universally mesmerising with hypnotic beats and ethereal vocals. File under electropop/dream pop. Recommended.
The Velveteers, A Million Knives. 2025 Kinda late to the party with this band but pleased to add to the studio playlist. An unconventional line-up with two drummers and a heavy fuzzed guitar from singer Demi Demitro producing a BIG raw punk/glam sound. Hints of early Royal Blood too. Recommended.
Do the Ladd Company Logo, coward!* *Blade Runner black or OUTLAND white variant. Either are welcome. Trees are logos too! ;) Love your work!
For artists and fellow comickers struggling to hold their pen in this oppressive heat… use some masking tape to add much needed grip. Simple hack.
How many coffee mugs are too many per household. Asking for a friend.
Seen online. Looks like they plan to cover/hide the removal process with tarp to avoid hurting someone’s fragile ego.
This book cover popped up on one of my art feeds and it definitely screams The Filth. Maybe Grant pushed this forward to the cover designer? What say you @chrisweston.bsky.social
The hidden arrow in the FedEx logo is design perfection. Paris Tennis School: Tiens ma bière.
I'm returning to Glasgow Braehead after a few years away. Looking forward to catching up with local friends and colleagues and fans. This will be my first and possibly only UK event this year so please pop along and say hello. Sketchbooks and prints, as always. There may be Tunnocks wafer Jenga too.
I have always loved this film. Only managed to get one fan piece of art done.
