Today, we pause to remember the lives stolen and many more forever changed by the mass shooting in Highland Park on the Fourth of July parade-goers. We honor those we've lost, stand with survivors, and recognize the strength of a community that refused to be defined by violence.

Parents shouldn’t have to worry that a product containing intoxicating levels of THC is deceptively packaged as candy. Consumers shouldn’t have to guess whether a product has been tested or accurately labeled. Illinois is putting long-overdue common-sense regulations in place.
