So here I am, late on a Monday night, filling out a tourist visa application for our upcoming holidays, calculating the risk of leaving out the hyphen so the form doesn’t crash on validation...

Acabo de ver esta publicación en LinkedIn y de verdad pensaba que era una coña a lo Pantomima Full para reírse del abuso de anglicismos que a veces se hace en el entorno digital cuando hablamos en español. Pero resulta que no. Que es una publicación real. Que hay gente que de verdad habla así… 🫠

Este trimestre hemos hecho un deep dive en nuestros learnings.
Y la conclusión es clara: tenemos que ser más data-driven, pero sin perder el customer-centric mindset que nos hace únicos.
Nuestra estrategia de land and expand está dando sus frutos. Estamos alineando stakeholders, generando sinergias y moviendo la aguja en los KPIs que realmente importan.
¿El secreto? Pensar out of the box, pero siempre con foco en el low hanging fruit.
Eso sí, hay que ser ágiles, fallar rápido y hacer circle back con el equipo para asegurar el buy-in de todos antes de escalar.
Porque al final del día, no se trata de trabajar más, sino de trabajar smart. De crear win-win.
De aportar valor añadido en cada touchpoint del customer journey.
El futuro es de los que saben pivotar. De los que tienen un growth mindset. De los que entienden que la disrupción no es una opción, es un must.
Seguiremos empujando. Seguiremos construyendo. Seguiremos haciendo que las cosas pasen.

Today marks the end of an amazing chapter in my career: my last day at Schneider Electric. I joined the company ~3 years ago, and I could never have imagined how much I would learn, grow, and achieve. This experience has truly shaped me, and I will always be grateful. But new year, new adventure!
