Description: A person in a feathered masquerade mask and dark clothing flanked by two mannequins also wearing masks.

The Master of Masquerades is one of the many alchemist operating out of the city of Durinhall. Refined and exceptionally well connected to the upper echelons of society, many practitioners of the secret arts wishing to elevate their standing seek to win their favor, all with the hopes of being invited to one the many lavish masked balls they help organize. But those with more knowledge of their talents meet them for a different purpose, for the Master of Masquerades can make mask of more than feather and fibers. If someone wants to abandon their old identity, to fake their death, to disappear, they go to have their face carved anew. And to those who slight this alchemist, they risk being molded into a form only suitable for displaying their work.

Improperly marked mail, that which can't reach it's destination nor return to it's sender, ends up at the Letter Recovery Office. For most, this is the last step of the journey, as irrecoverable messages and parcels are burnt or auctioned off. It's a place few would ever want there post to end.
Except for practitioners of the secret arts.
In the Recovery Office a language of fictional streets and pseudonyms thrives, known only by the occult who wish to communicate in a way that's untraceable. For under the watch of the enigmatic figure known as "Dead Letter", encoded post and parcel set for disposal instead move under the guise of night, finding themselves in the hands of their intended recipient without leaving a trail.
Few alchemist can claim to have the importance of Dead Letter, and fewer still could claim to have earnt that oft foreign concept of trust from their fellow alchemist. But when communication is needed, and finding a way to do so subtly is difficult, few options remain but to rely on the only person capable of the job.

Thanks for the share! Panacea (the red one) is an alchemist sent on a seemingly impossible mission by her deceased mentor to create the miracle medicine she shares her name with. Eden (the green one) is a homunculus who befriended Panacea and now tries to get her to survive/give up on her quest.
