This is a picture of a book (Vincent van Gogh and the Good Samaritan) and a review from the Very Revd Dr Jeffrey John, ‘Oh, this is good. Being cynical about the ‘art history’ approach to spirituality I did not really expect Van Gogh’s painting of the Good Samaritan to shed much light on the parable, but I was wrong. This is fresh, instructive, wise and inspiring – and the command to ‘go and do likewise’ is expounded with bracing honesty and a challenging sting in the tail. Highly recommended for personal or group reading.’

I find this more offensive than the trump-as-Jesus meme. The bullying, the ignorance and the cruelty he reveals here are far more anti-Jesus than his more recent AI cosplaying. Why his 'christian' followers didn't desert him in 2015 when he mocked Serge Kovaleski, leaves me utterly baffled.
