Decided that I was going to start trying to be a bit less soft and squishy. Did 20 minutes with my hitherto doorstop and wow I didn't realise how unfit I have become. Turns out shaking espresso martinis isn't adequate upper-body exercise 😭

Mundane one really but for me it was the Kinetic water fountain at McArthur Glen shopping centre in Livingston. Always loved watching it spinning and spilling out water when I was a wee lad, and reminds me of family holidays 🥰
