As the owner of a London terrace garden I'm keen to follow this advice. But do they really mean buffer zones of 2 to 3m, ie roughly 6 to 10 feet? What Londoner has a spare 10 feet on every side of their garden? www.standard.co.uk/news/london/...
Srsly who is going to commission me to report on this crucial event? It’s just down the road from my thirst
On a jubilatory day for England, must we have these idiots as the headline? You're all embarrassing yourselves and nobody gives a toss any more!
Something of a poisoned chalice, taking over from a failing PM mid-term, but I dunno I like the new guy

While not wishing to support the Russian bots in decrying London as a crime-ridden hellscape, it's either the regular parcel thieves or the dealers on my street who've got seriously inventive here. We reckon these are for the keys to nearby lockers to stash the goods, not for someone's airbnb...
Imagine if you went to dadsit your 93-yr-old father for 24 hrs and when you woke up he’d laid the breakfast table with your favourite polar bear bowl.
If you're doing your Christmas shopping online, you really need to get ordering now. So why not look at the online SHOP I've had an absolutely delightful time building. The Jenny Holzer silver bag! Classy socks that actually look like an amazing present! The Viz annual! shopmy.us/shop/heawood
I mean - I almost can't take any more of this as it's just too fun BUT I just went back to the photo's source, New Statesman correspondent Megan Kenyon on Twitter, and realised she'd actually said they were chanting OH JEREMY CORBYN. Which has somehow been picked up as Glad to be Gay?
I don't understand what is written on the screen in this photo, but it gives me life. Is it Dostoevsky?
so imagine my surprise when the study turned around: www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/1...
Was just enjoying a nosey on Rightmove at this pleasant house near Hampstead Heath, what a nice study....
This is why you should use a local estate agent and not one based 5 miles up the road. A Hackney office would know that £25m is a bit too expensive for Graham Road. Even with four bedrooms and an en-suite. www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/1...
Alright today's quiz: without cheating, where do you think this is? One point for the country, another for the region:
Although if you'd like to spend a little more in the same area, the Master Shipwright's House remains on sale for a cool £8m. Which the owner clearly needs because they have this sign on their wall www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/1...
If you don't know whereabouts in London this is, what would you guess?
The Beckham feud has hurt everyone! So thank God the Mail are here to pour oil on our nationally and internationally devastated waters. And then set it alight.
Google Maps keeps doing this to me on Safari on Mac Air. Anyone know how to fix it? It's fine on Chrome but I don't live on Chrome.
