Probably somewhere around here. Rad is an extension of IRL me, one that has a bit more freedom to explore alternative appearances (body types, makeup, clothes, etc.). And each one I try out gives me more confidence to try it out IRL, which influences how I can further develop Rad 🖤

This past weekend I visited my in laws and got to hang out with my nephew. I showed him some of the pieces I crocheted and he wanted me to make something for him. After listening to his ideas and making a few pivots, this is what we settled on. Meet Cash the Cat 💙🩷🤍

An update for those who are curious~ The head, legs, and fangs have all been stitched, and I've sewn the fangs and one pair of legs to the head. I've also received materials for the eyes (felt, buttons) and have planned out the abdomen (will crochet it, then wrap yarn around it). Stay tuned 🖤

So, status update.

The house that I've been living in since 1998, is now completely emptied out. Mother and I are no longer living in the house as the due date to move out has passed. As we wait for the money from selling our house, mother is at a friend's place and as for me, I'm living in my car. And unfortunately, things might be like that for a month or two.

We tried to find ways to have me stay at friends' places, unfortunately, each one I've asked aren't able to take me in. As much as they want to. Main issues are their landlords not allowing it. One landlord said I could only stay for a long weekend. Other landlord says I can't stay at all. And other friends are unable to take me in.

So, I'm stuck living in my car until something comes up. I can definitely say it will take a while for me to return to streaming. Until I receive my share from the house for the apartment, I will need food and gas as well as living expenses.

So, if you are able, please help. I hate to ask, but I'm being pushed to the corner. Even if you could only help with gas, I can use that to work for DoorDash to earn some money.

Just finished my longest project yet - a "lightning bolt" scarf made with purple/black/blue/sparkly yarn. Made up of alternating sections of tight and loose stitches that increase in width every other row. Super happy with how this came out 🌌🖤 #crochet #crochetsky #yarnsky #craftsky

Stream over, marble run complete! It took a little bit of debug to fix the jammed elevator, but it's working as intended and chugging away! I'm really happy with how this turned out and love all the little details in it. I'd love to do more kits like this in the future 🖤
