I haven't been able to get Siri AI to do anything with third-party apps on the Mac except open them (which is a system Shortcuts action), so I thought I'd ask it what it can do. If that list of "many apps" looks familiar, it's because its a subset of iOS 10 SiriKit domains 🤦‍♂️

Another Photos + Apple Intelligence examples from iOS 27 beta 1: Extend couldn't complete the concrete sphere in this photo using Extend. I'm assuming because it's the subject of the photo and not part of the background since it should be relatively easy for an LLM to do so otherwise.

Some Photos + Apple Intelligence examples from iOS 27 beta 1: Extending a photo seems to be more than a generative AI thing based on the fact that the AirPods in this photo were actually on the table but out of frame. Perhaps it's the iOS 13 "Capture Outside the Frame" feature + AI.
