I've been experimenting printing with hand cut vinyl stencils. It's so much easier than using emulsion and the process really suits my work. Excited to explore some more :) #screenprinting #handmade

Hello July 👋 This month a rather appropriate cormorant drying it's wings in the sunshine ☀️

With Wimbledon starting today, here's the full series of illustrations reimagined as a set of stamps ☀️ #Wimbledon #illustration

A set of 4 Wimbledon themed illustrated stamps. The images are minimalist vector illustrations in bright primary colours. Each has a large yellow sun on a blue background. The 4 images are of a bowl of strawberries with pouring cream, a glass of Pimms with fruit and a straw, a shallow glass of champagne and an afternoon tea stand with cakes and scones. Each image has an element that crosses the yellow sun to create the illusion of a tennis ball.

I'm missing the Glasto coverage this year, but thoroughly enjoyed '40 Glastonbury Gems' on the telly last night :)

The illustration I'm currently working on wasn't really happening yesterday; so as a palette cleanser I made this little vase of geometric flowers. The first one of these I did, I did without too much thought. This time however wanting to recreate something similar ended up being rather difficult!
