So it’s no secret I’m a massive Doctor Who Fan. Heck, I’ve got my own Dalek (which in North America was a feat!) So the news today which is effectively a cancellation in all but name does bite. So what would I do to continue the brand, if given the keys to the kingdom? How would I insure the future?

Hmmm. I have learned that you cannot mix up dough after it’s risen. Tearing the dough into 8 equal parts requires experience and I don’t have it, so I tried to add to small balls I’d already made. That doesn’t work. Oh well, you live and learn. I’ll do better next time. #yeastmasters
