Russia is not winning this war. And Ukraine is now stronger on the battlefield. Today, with EU leaders, we will discuss how to further increase pressure on the Kremlin and push it towards negotiations. The swift adoption of our 21st package of sanctions will be an important step in that direction.

Russia is on the back foot: militarily, economically and politically. Now is the time to provide Ukraine with even greater support and to exert even more pressure on Russia to end the war. This was the focus of my discussion with Minister of Defence of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov.
