Realizing just how much head fur being held on by tension instead of glue is actually super convenient for washing (just pull the fur off and wash it) and for modifications/repairs

For example, these two places might have roughly the same density but linearity means the one on the right will be more accessible to transit riders than the offset mall, even if the mall is an 8-10 minute walk
There's a reason why this kind of suburban development was uncommon until after the mass adoption of the automobile. When most people used transit, most suburbs placed their density linearly along the corridor

You need to have it oriented around transit for it to support transit ridership- that means most density should be as close to the transit corridor as possible, not set back 5-8 minutes from the stop.
