The scenario switching in Fortune's Weave is honestly great, because if you really like a character but they can't be recruited in the route you're in, you don't have to suck it up and wait until you play 50% of the game all over again on another route like in Three Houses. That got old fast.

Umamusume: Pretty Derby - Road to the Top This one hit me as unassuming prior to watching it, even though hints of it were hinted at when I played Meisho Doto's career in the game. However, the full picture is much more impactful that what I'd seen before, this is yet another hit from the series.
Umamusume Pretty Derby Season 2 Man, they ramped up the emotional twists and turns for this one. So much better than the first season, with a much stronger rivalry and comradery between Tokai Teio and Mejiro McQueen.

Wake Up Dead Man Absolutely fantastic. Lampshades the whole locked room mystery trope whilst still also adhering to it. Throws a lot of punches to many social themes, though Catholicism wasn't one of them! It mostly makes fun of right wing chuds, which seems to be a Rian Johnson staple now.
Umamusume Pretty Derby Season 1 A genuinely fun series, brimming with personality. Not short of drama, also, with the bond between Special Week and Silence Suzuka giving way for a solid race to be the best story. It's also pretty funny, particularly our resident buffoon Gold Ship.
For anyone missing the reference, Rhythm Heaven Fever was called Beat the Beat: Rhythm Paradise in Europe. It also happened to be the last game in the series that I bought, fourteen years ago...
So I wanted to give Wuthering Waves a go because of the Cyberpunk Edgerunners collab. The initial download off Steam was already 100GB, but then the game asked for 28GB more when I booted it up. Then I read that you can't even do the collab until you've done a large chunk of the current story.
So I started playing Umamusume a week ago. I think I may have a problem...
And another one, because Nintendo's stupid naming decisions continue to baffle.
