In regards to streams this week, still on hold. Priority is going into spending time with our boy Jak while we still have it. If things allow, I'll be taking part in a biiiiig Slay the Spire 2 collab Thursday night at 8 pm EST. Unknown if I'll be streaming it myself yet in case I need to step away.

TIL that the audio portion of a chocobo's cries are based (roughly) on that of peacock's. There was a strange but familiar noise outside this evening. My wife told me my chocobo ringtone was going off. I don't have one. But this classy fuck was strutting around outside as he damn well pleased.

To be clear, I am not a platinum hunter. I will very rarely 100% games unless it's convenient or I just really love the game. This one, by far, amused/annoyed me the most b/c of the workaround I had to do to pop it. But I did it b/c I'm not gonna stop at one trophy short.

I've been told by a few folks I should write character/Vtuber lore as a side gig, but that always feels like such a personal journey type of thing to me. You put pieces of yourself in your characters' stories to give them an existence that has a sense of weight or depth.
