I think post-colonial studies, which influence students to a large degree, are still ideologically blinded by the author of Orientalism, who encouraged violence. While most acknowledge russian colonialism, their urge to scapegoat Jews prevents them from seeing the colonialist forest for the trees.

How many more people need to die before Ukraines European allies realze that the russians must be defeated? The reluctance of European allies to provide adequate support to defeat the russians is not only shameful,but also utterly foolish as it encourages russian fascism to become bolder every day.

While the russians are inciting hatred at both ends of the US political spectrum to deflect attention from their genocidal war of conquest, the left and the right are scapegoating the Jewish people as their common enemy. Europeans must avoid importing this hatred,or we will be divided and conquered.
