#FerretCanCook Aloo gobi! It is a "dry curry" with mostly potatoes (aloo) and cauliflower (gobi). Onions, tomatoes, chili pepper, ginger, and garlic as the supporting aromatics. It's packed full of a whole bunch of spices too!
