I sadly don’t have the Link to the Tweet anymore but back then when the Animation Boards of Summer 9 were posted we learned that for some reason Bartholomew, in the first frame he appears in, has incredibly long feet lol

We finally arrived at my favourite part in the Event. I love my disciplined Gentleman and also find joy in his silly Otaku antics but god I adore it whenever they show his Pirate side. Bartholomew, while known for being kind also had his cruel methods but he usually avoided them.

This was my only true Nitpick to Bartholomews writing in the Event. Sure we can make up explanations like „oh he meant for the general vibe that existed back then“ „he just puts up an act“ but I just think Nasu overlooked or forgot that he was a known non-alcoholic Pirate lol

Summer Event still boring as shit but Bartholomews official Translations are great and Tristan and Shinpachi are here too (I forgot the Shinsengumi outside of Okita had a Cameo here) so I actually don’t have much to complain in general lol
