I had the delight of temporary fostering this guy. Cutest damn thing, energetic, playful, cuddly, well-mannered, and a sweet goofball. He's a wonderful fit for someone out there. If I could, I would. (No "foster fail" comments will be countenanced.) www.thebondbetween.org/dogs-for-ado...

My 18-pound Seymour going for it with Burnham, my friend's 100+ lbs Great Pyrenees, several years ago. I admire Seymour's determination and Burnham's "lie back and think of England" expression.
One of my neighbors brought me some cookies and treats while I was shoveling the driveway. We were chatting, as we've done many a-time before, and we exchanged contact info. This is the note she'd made to herself some time ago. SHE WELL KNOWS - AND YOU SHOULD TOO - THAT I AM NOT BE TRIFLED WITH.
"Uh, squirrel, your tail is in the shot - thank you - okay, everybody back to one, and - "

Oof. Dog-sitting this 3.5 mo monster over the weekend. Could things get any worse?
Seymour's coat was scruffy and shaggy and made him look bulkier than he actually was. When he'd get his summer shave, his true - scrawny - figure revealed itself and it always made me laugh. I sure miss ya, old man.
The capacity of a one-car stall that IS the Garage For The Performing Arts will be tested on Saturday! We are FULL UP! Rescheduled from June, I'm excited to host Leslie Ball, Jeff Baenen, Brandi Brown, Sam Landman, Ari Hoptman & my hilarious and dear MST3K pal @billcorbett.bsky.social .

Dog-sitting a friend's foster. Neighbor sent this photo of her getting all Gladys Kravitzy at him over the partition between our porches. She’s a busybody - and she’s playful, sweet, goofy, low maintenance, and a real love - and 100% ADOPTABLE! www.petfinder.com/dog/rza-7596...
