Just finished painting a set of dice that I'm bringing to Geek Hoard Haul on Saturday! Yellow was absolutely the right colour for these, wow

A set of TTRPG dice done in the style of my gemstone leaf foil sets, but with four colours inside instead of two (blue, red, green, and purple). The numbers are painted yellow.

It's that time! We're one week away from folks being able to come say hi! I'm always excited about these, but I'm particularly excited this time because this is the event where I'm debuting the Dice Pals and also my chainmail art! (yes I have chainmail art! I will post some of it soon!)

Two more Dice Pals have been added to the crew! Say hello to Rolf (he/she/they) and Zoombi (she/him)! This brings us to 10 total Dice Pals, with two more to go before the market on the 15th. I'll take a group photo once they've all been made!

This is Rolf! He is made from a blue/green gemstone leaf foil d20 and googly eyes, with purple pipe cleaners for his legs and tail.

This is Zoombi! She is made from a d8 jice blank and googly eyes, with purple pipe cleaners for her legs, and excess pipe cleaner fluff for her hair.

Tortellini (they/them). Made from an upside-down geode blank, googly eyes, and pipe cleaners as their legs and tail.

Reggie (he/any). Made from a half-d20, googly eyes, and pipe cleaners for his legs (as well as excess pipe cleaner fluff for their eyebrows).

All six of my Dice Pals! They're weird little creatures made from unsalvageable dice, pipe cleaners, and googly eyes. They're colourful and adorable and full of personality!

I present to you all a new dice project I've started: turning unsalvageable dice into weird little guys! These are the first two of my Dice Pals: Charlie (they/it) and Mallory (she/they)!

Charlie (they/it). Made from a Fate d6 with a too-raised face, googly eyes, and some blue pipe cleaners as legs.

Mallory (she/they). Made from a j20 blank that ended up with a huge protrusion, googly eyes, and some green pipe cleaners as her legs, arms, hair, and tail.

Both of my first ever dice pals next to each other. Charlie looks like it probably has anxiety (sorry Charlie), and Mallory doesn't have a single thought in that head.

here's a set that's been on my etsy for a while but the listing photos I had weren't great, so I took new ones recently they still don't do a perfect job showing off just how beautiful it is when it catches the light just right, but now you can see they're gorgeous!

some more dice singles that all sold at the con! these were all extras from sets I had made ages ago, but hadn't painted yet. I decided to paint them differently from their sets and they were well-loved! my favourite is that d6. I really need to make a set like that again 👀

white, pink, and blue d6, inked titanium white so that the numbers still stand out well against the sometimes-white die. both the blue and the pink are translucent, and it sort of looks like a cloudy sunset

couple of d20s that sold at the con! the one on the left is especially unique as it was crafted with resin scraps and wasn't made with a full set of dice the d20 was sold as a single because when I made the set, the d12 disappeared and I've never seen it since 😂

Set name for this one is Fey Emeralds! making geode-style dice is always really satisfying, and I'm excited to make more. I just have to decide on which colour to make next 👀

Set is named Haurchefant's Honor, for those who recognize the name! it didn't end up selling at the convention, but a friend wanted it real bad so it has a home anyway 💜

if you look closely, you can tell that these were made with three colours before being inked in black do folks prefer very readable dice, dice with number colours that match the theme, or a compromise between both?

I heard something about yesterday being "bad comic day" or something, and wanted to make my own for fun! Turns out, "bad comic" is just a writing prompt to get over the perfectionism block so you can get yourself to just make a silly little comic. Enjoy!

Some more goodies I'm planning on bringing to the convention this weekend! (check my pinned post for details)

Four vibrant blue and pink d6s with white pips. They look like candy, but you shouldn't eat them!

A pair of d6s. They are the same design, but the one on the left is flipped to the one-face to show off a red glittering like a smoldering fire, and the one on the right is upright and shows off some purple reflective glitter under the surface.

Four pairs of MTG counters as d6s. The left pair is blue and green; the second-to-left pair is dark blue; the third pair is a dark grey with the slightest hint of purple; and the right-most pair is blue and turquoise with some foil inside. All of them are matte and have their numbers and slashes painted white

A set of unfinished 6d6. They have an extremely outer space vibe to them; they're a mix of dark with multi-coloured glitter to represent space, and orange mist surrounding a big orange ball to represent a sun.

Back when I was just learning how to make dice and before I had my own masters commissioned, I used old dice I had laying around to make stuff. Here's a set I made a couple years ago for my grandmother! Set name: Cozy Candlelight

A set of 6d6, with rounded edges instead of sharp. They are a mix of red and white, with the numbers painted a brighter white to stand out. The colours are somewhat pastel, with flecks of more vibrant colour spread throughout

more jice! it never ceases to both please and amaze me just how much people love the idea of jeans dice. I am so happy that I scrapped my original idea of "denim scraps in dice" and went all-out, instead. they look so good, and I'm so proud of that. here's a commission of 6j20 I finished recently!
