And we've got paint! I've got a few small tweaks to do, and then it's on to final photos.
The bear has fur, and paint is up next! Assuming we're wrapped up over the weekend, I'll be aiming to get photos and start the auction late next week. We'll have our usual low start price, with an auto-buy at normal commission rates.
Surprise bear! I've been working on this guy during pauses in other projects, and will be putting it up for auction when finished.
Kits going out this week! I can't always take base orders immediately if my commission schedule is full, but if you email I can usually get to you within 2-3 weeks.

Just realized I never shared the fully painted gums/lower lip for the corso, and now that the fur's on you can hardly see it
Exhibit A for why paint is so important even when the design/inspiration is a single color:
Snip snip snip (Yes I do use clippers for the first pass and the broad areas, but the tiny scissors are needed to get down into the wrinkles and tight spots)

Akyon the maned wolf has headed home to @akyon.dog! He'll have paws and a tail coming soon as well. He's built on my sighthound base, and I loved having the opportunity to try using it cross-species! It worked out very nicely with minor modifications.

A commission in progress - a maned wolf, built on my sighthound base. Thicker fur will bulk up the face, and sculpted eyelids make the eyes look smaller and more angled, to avoid the greyhound "boba" look. Those foam strips were just for visual blocking, and aren't used in the final mask.
A couple kits that went out in February - I'm able to take DIY parts orders like this at almost any time, even when full commissions are closed!
Sculpting progress on a new base! This mask will be a cane corso (jowls added with fabric) but it would work nicely for several of the mastiff type breeds
The corvid auction is ready to rumble! It'll be fairly quick, from Friday morning to Sunday evening (US time). As a thank you for being so patient with my hiatus, we're starting at a bit less than half the normal price, so I'm hopeful it's more accessible. www.thedealersden.com/listing/real...

Commissions are open! The form will likely be up for one week, but I might leave it open longer than that depending on response. forms.gle/Q4n5P6jdZpmL... And the crow is nearly done! It'll go up for auction later this week as well, after I've gotten some photos.
Next up is adding feathers - and opening commissions! My application form will be open starting tomorrow. As usual, it's not first-come-first-served, so you'll have at least a week to get your info together.
A new corvid is on the way! It's been a long time (for positive reasons) but I'm getting the gears grinding again. If you've messaged me, you should hear back soon! I'm going to start with kit orders, and then follow up with commission inquiries (I'll have a proper opening, don't worry).
