At the airport to head home on a thankfully direct flight and I got my inflight movie ready to go.
I had a smash burger with provolone, marinara sauce, and toasted ravioli on it and it was amazing.
What we’ve always done with our neurotic princess/baby dog is bring as much familiar stuff as possible. Bedding, blankets, toys, whatever. Also treats.
Being back at work kinda sucks but the co-workers make it a little easier.
The boarder posted a pic of Bear (on the left) and it reminded me of something.
Stopped at a tourist attraction and now I have @pftompkins.bsky.social in my head getting agitated.

The highlight of my HeroesCon was definitely meeting Walt and Louise Simonson. All the cons I’ve been to and this was the first time I ever decided to blow a whole day standing in line and it was absolutely worth it. Absolute comic legends and nice as hell.
Day 1 in the books. Drive down to Congaree NP and walked around a bit. Made a stop at Waffle House for lunch and then headed back up to the Charlotte area for dinner with friends on Lake Norman.
