This is the air in #Manchester tonight, due to the Dove Stone wildfire. “This is my hand held monitor in my son’s bedroom, as he had opened the windows. We’ve never seen it like this. I’ve not had a single alert from GM air alert to say anything about the air today”. #ClimateChange #ToxicAir

One positive - we were bowled over by everyone who scrambled at short notice (24 hours!) to join us outside the Royal Courts of Justice today for the judgment. Thank you to every one of you, standing in 30+ degree heat for cleaner air for our kids - we can’t do this without you. 🙏

But progress has slowed. Our analysis shows delivery was concentrated in just a handful of boroughs. The biggest movers: Lewisham: +10 Ealing: +9 Newham: +8 Together, these boroughs delivered over half all new #SchoolStreets, with Lewisham having the highest proportion of schools covered, at 66%.
