YouTube is out of hand with these ads all those yellow marks are ads. 15 to 16 ad breaks in this one video. YouTube premium whenever I click it tells me it's not available in your region WTF.

They talking about tracing the the 3d bases. Is 3d backgrounds for a drawing against the rules too. I'm not using outside assets it's all my own done within the July when artfight starts and i wouldn't be outlining it i would be using it raw. What rule is it that said I can't use my own 3D BGs.
