What would you ask Seth Moulton at a debate? Anyone can submit questions for the next Markey / Moulton debate by emailing Debate@Boston25.com or commenting on this instagram post: www.instagram.com/p/DavTHbWCuJ...
Reporters got no response from Seth Moulton's campaign when they asked how he felt about privatizing veterans' healthcare.
ED MARKEY confronts Seth Moulton over his anti-trans comments: The Supreme Court took the same position as Congressman Moulton.
Asked if he regrets the hurt he caused, Moulton refuses to apologize. Seth Moulton: The reason why I'm insisting on having this debate and not being canceled for it, which is not going to succeed by the way, let's be clear, is because trans kids will be attacked under a Trump administration.
WBUR: You are talking about high school and college here? Seth Moulton: Look, I'm not an expert on this issue. He then claims LGBTQ people are thanking him and agree with his position on trans kids. “The overwhelming response I've gotten across the board is ‘thank you, I support this position.’”
After @tizianadearing.bsky.social quotes his post-election comments, Moulton denies he talked about trans kids, then does it again immediately. Seth Moulton: You gotta listen. We should be able to talk about contentious issues, like, what are we going to do about trans kids in sports?
THREAD: Seth Moulton aggressively defends anti-trans comments in Nov. '24. "What do you want for trans kids who want to play sports?" Seth: When kids get older, in competitive sports and college, the majority of voters believe in restrictions on trans women or just straight men on women's teams.
Speaking of, here’s the pic I tweeted in 2013 during my study abroad aka 5 months of Velib! That was a good day!
I worked for Ed Markey in 2021 when he first introduced his bill to expand the Supreme Court. The Senator and his office took a lot of heat from moderates for sticking his neck out on the issue, but he was correct then and he is correct now.
