They're inspired by Sweet Tooth and Dark Tooth from twisted metal. I made Icecream first and then decided Cookies would be her opposite. They're both evil, though. Lol. Cookies is quieter, more intimidating, but secretly more empathetic, while Icecream is more approachable but more sadistic
