First find out who the originating carrier is. FreeCarrierLookup.com tells me this number is held by Bandwidth.com At the bottom of the Bandwidth website, there is a form for "Report a phone number". I've submitted that with a screenshot of the message.
I keep getting political spam like this, and despite sending STOP, they just spin up with a huge network of local numbers to get around carrier spam blocks, it's very annoying. Here's how to file an abuse report with the originating carrier. 🧵
