There's a final part about those who are there out of fear and despair, seeking protection at all cost.

Tav tried so hard and got so far 🥺

Tav is standing in front of the river with dug up piles of rocks around him. He talks to himself: "Aldiirn's funny sometimes. How does one find a rock for someone they don't know? I just know the guy's a weirdo and likes rocks"
Tav looks incredibly confused: "Also I need to think but also not think, and go for something that reminds me of him but I don't know him, and it has to speak to me but I don't know of any "speak with boulders" spell, it's just rocks???
Tav shakes his head "GNAH must not think!"
He dunks his hands into the river, making a huge splash
Now drenched, he stands with a rock in his hands "Well. That's a rock... Looks great for skips..."
"...I guess Caelryn also made a nice splash in the river?"

Tav leaves, leaving puddles of water behind him. "Oof that was mean. Still a neat rock. It'll do the job I guess. Gods I am drenched now..."
