This is my 2026 GenCon exclusive playmat design! It’s an alternate version of my piece “Creativity”. It’s a take on creating while going through tough times. It may be difficult to do, but it is necessary and healing
Every year since 2023 I make a GenCon exclusive mat. Currently, I can’t decide between the safe option on the left or the crazy, trippy, kaleidoscope version. Which do you prefer?
When I say I make the foil mats in house, this is it. First photo is where the cricuts and heat press live. The second is where we store regular mats, precut foil, and foil mats.

About to get my baby and go home💜. She got spooked by our chirping smoke detector in the short time between our friends crating her AND us getting home last night. She chewed her way out and I’m just glad it wasn’t worse. She’s ok, aside from some cracked/worn teeth and a few cuts in her mouth.

Every so often I remember I have a Chris Rahn sketch on an old playmat from 2010. From 2007-2010, I would buy a blank mat and commission artists at Gencon to draw a dragon.
Yes, I did bulldoze this mountain on Rocky Ridges to reveal the building beneath. I also added another water feature and made outdoor/rooftop seating for the Pokémon.
I found a new color pie! Based on this, I’m actually more Quandrix as opposed to Prismari 😂
Speaking of one of a kind pieces… The original of “Empathy” will be at Magic Con Vegas next weekend as well!
Due to Gallery 1988 closing, I’ll have this one of a kind piece at Magic Con Vegas! It’s a 24”x 24” metal print and I’m legally not allowed to ever make more of them. This is also the FIRST official MtG piece I ever did.
