Hazar! My cholesterol is on point! All in the green. My oatmeal breakfasts and lower saturated fat consumption have helped bring my LDL down to under 3 mmols/L. My January LDL was 3.1 mmol/L. I'm very happy with this.

I tried seitan for the first time today; it's made from wheat gluten and is a plant based protein source. It made for a lovely garlic stir fry.

I enjoyed a lovely decadent Buddha bowl for lunch from Bang Bowls in Katoomba. It was a treat for myself after fasting for a blood test this morning. I hope my cholesterol levels are even better than January's test. Wish me luck!
