Um actually, it's called ragú alla Bolognese. The term Ragú you're referring to is an umbrella term for meat sauce, but it's defined regionally because different regions make different sauces. So while that means all "Ragú Alla Bolognese" are ragú, not all ragú are "Ragú Alla Bolognese.
